What Is Your Shipping Policy?
We charge $15 flat rate shipping per order. We ship within the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Ground and do not yet offer shipping internationally. Feel free to reach out with any shipping questions.
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee for returned items.
What Is Your Return Policy?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 from the receipt of your Honeyhole to complete a return or exchange. Returns past 30 days will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds:
Once your return has been received and inspected you will be notified as to whether your refund request is approved or denied. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE APPROVED FOR UNUSED ITEMS SENT BACK IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds will take an average of 14 days to post back to your account.
Sale items: All Sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to Return:
1. Please first send us an email at contact@honeyhole.com with your name and order number and the reason for your return.
2.) We will email you back an RMA#. Include this RMA# on your label when you ship it back to us.
3.) Ship your product back to the address found on the original shipping label found on the box.

4.) For expedited returns or exchanges, e-mail us your tracking number for your returned package.
